locally crafted Beers

Eleanor's Blonde Ale (4.9% ABV, 21 IBU)  Two row, pilsner, caramel, and wheat malts are the backbone of this cold conditioned dry ale.  Willamette hops give delicate balance to our favorite American ale.

Portales Pale Ale v.1 (5.5% ABV, 45 IBU)  British two row, caramel, and aromatic malts are used to create a modern hoppy, malty pale ale with a semi-dry character and a clean flavorful finish. V.1 made with all comet hops.

Lucky Greyhound Lager (4.8% ABV, 21 IBU) Lager yeast and long term cold conditioning were used to create this incredibly clean finishing beer. Go Eastern New Mexico University HOUNDS!

Roosevelt Bock (6.7% ABV, 25 IBU) A dark, German-style lager full of malt flavor balanced by subtle hop character from freshly imported German noble hops. Originally brewed by Bavarian monks to sustain long periods of fasting, strong bocks such as this, have become a traditional brewpub staple.

Softly Spoken Stout (5.2 ABV, 55 IBU) Classic stout with chocolate and distinct roast barley flavor up front plus a rich mouth-feel.  Small amounts of strong hops are used to strategically compliment the strong flavors produced by the malts.

Bull Moose Stout (10.5 ABV, 75 IBU) American Imperial Stout with conviction. Complex, malty and balanced with loads of American hops. Aged for 6 months to best present the complex balance of strong flavors of the imperial stout. “I don’t know if you fully understand that I’ve just been shot but it takes more than that to kill a Bull Moose.” - T. Roosevelt

Sir Hops-A-Lot (ABV, IBU) New England Style IPA. Tropical, citrus and fruity hop aromas from loads of late dry hop additions in a round and full bodied Hazy IPA that is bitterly smooth.

Wonderland Witt (ABV, IBU) This Belgian wheat with citrus and strawberry noes was “Late for an important date” but so easy to drink, even the Queen of Hearts would forgive it.

Unkle Vinkle’s Bunker Dunkel (ABV, IBU)

Honey Lavender Kolsch (ABV, IBU) A crisp German beer with light notes of local honey and lavender complemented by a mild hop.

Our beers are crafted with love and respect for the brewing process, taking into consideration the patience and care required to make your next pint a tasty one. Many of our beers are offered only on a seasonal basis, so check at the bar or with your server before ordering. Prost!
