Roosevelt Golden Lager (4.8% ABV, 21 IBU) Lager yeast and long term cold conditioning were used to create this incredibly clean finishing beer. So golden it would make King Tut jealous.
Eleanor's Blonde Ale (4.9% ABV, 21 IBU) Two row, pilsner, caramel, and wheat malts are the backbone of this cold conditioned dry ale. Willamette hops give delicate balance to our favorite American ale.
Portales Pale Ale (5.5% ABV, 45 IBU) British two row, caramel, and aromatic malts are used to create a modern hoppy, malty pale ale with a semi-dry character and a clean flavorful finish.
Clovis Point IPA (6.1% ABV, 69 IBU) West coast inspired IPA. A showcase of citrus hop character. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Hop flavors and aromatics keep pushing forward from this drinkable ale.
Happy Heifer Hefeweizen (5.5% ABV, 17 IBU) Traditional Bavarian wheat beer. Golden straw in color with aroma of banana and clove from pronounced yeast character and fresh noble hops.
Softly Spoken Stout (5.2% ABV, 55 IBU) Classic stout with chocolate and distinct roast barley flavor up front plus a rich mouth-feel. Small amounts of strong hops are used to stategically compliment the strong flavors produced by the malts.
