locally crafted Beers
Roosevelt Golden Lager (4.8% ABV, 21 IBU) Lager yeast and long term cold conditioning were used to create this incredibly clean finishing beer. So golden it would make King Tut jealous.
Eleanor's Blonde Ale (4.9% ABV, 21 IBU) Two row, pilsner, caramel, and wheat malts are the backbone of this cold conditioned dry ale. Willamette hops give delicate balance to our favorite American ale.
Portales Pale Ale (5.5% ABV, 45 IBU) British two row, caramel, and aromatic malts are used to create a modern hoppy, malty pale ale with a semi-dry character and a clean flavorful finish.
Clovis Point IPA (6.1% ABV, 69 IBU) West coast inspired IPA. A showcase of citrus hop character. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Hop flavors and aromatics keep pushing forward from this drinkable ale.
Softly Spoken Stout (5.2% ABV, 55 IBU) Classic stout with chocolate and distinct roast barley flavor up front plus a rich mouth-feel. Small amounts of strong hops are used to stategically compliment the strong flavors produced by the malts.
Estival (7.35% ABV, 33 IBU) Brewed with Pilsner malt, candied sugar, French hops and yeast. We added Passion Fruit to make this an easy drinking and super refreshing beer.
Little Ann Hoppy Red (7.9% ABV, 60 IBU) This hoppy red ale balances malty sweet with hoppy bitter from loads of cascade and mosaic hops. Brewed with American two row malt, a touch of rye and special yeast strain that accentuates the flavors added by the aggressive hopping.
Missing Link (8.8% ABV, 60 IBU) Description missing!! It’s hard to describe this imperial brown ale brewed with black tea, cinnamon, and blood oranges, but who doesn’t love a good mystery? We could tell you about the high quality import malts, our dealings with the tea broker and the process of getting fresh black tea flavor to stabilize in the beer, or the subtlest , yet ever important contribution of tropical blood oranges. Do the hop varieties match these crazy additions? Well, yeah, but we’re not much on bragging... so try some, and think about filling in the missing links. :)
Razz Jazz (3.4%, 5 IBU) Sour Raspberry. At its base Razz Jazz is a wheat beer that gets its tartness from lactobacillus kettle fermentation. We added generous amounts of raspberry to create a super refreshing beer with strong flavor and aroma. Perfect for this New Mexico heat.
Full Stop Amber (6%ABV, 35 IBU)
